The chronicle presents selected events from the sphere of Polish administrative law that took place in 2023. In the doctrinal sphere, a brief report on the 14th Reunion of Kraków - Wrocław Administrative Scholars is provided, which this time focused on the challenges facing public administration in the context of striving for climate neutrality. In the legislative sphere, a significant change in the system of planning and spatial management is presented. In the sphere of jurisprudence, a ruling by the Supreme Administrative Court regarding interesting and practically significant issues concerning the boundaries of access to public information and the abuse of this right is showcased.

Dans cette chronique ont été présentés des événements choisis de la sphère du droit administratif polonais qui ont eu lieu en 2023. Dans le domaine de la doctrine, on a brièvement relaté le déroulement de la 14e Rencontre des Administrativistes des Universités de Cracovie et de Wrocław, dédiée cette fois-ci aux défis auxquels l’administration publique fait face dans le contexte de la volonté de parvenir à la neutralité climatique. Dans la sphère de la législation, on présente un important changement survenu dans le système d’aménagement et de développement territorial. Dans la sphère de la jurisprudence, un arrêt de la Haute Cour administrative concernant des questions intéressantes et importantes du point de vue pratique relatives aux limites à l’accès à l’information publique et celles de l’abus de ce droit, est présenté.
